Energy Savings AgreementTwo times a year: one 18-point check and start of air conditioning in the spring. Another 18-point check and start of heating in the fall.  15% discount off parts and labor on breakdown calls. Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

 

Preferential treatment in scheduling all service calls, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M

Reduced rates on replacement of heat exchangers, compressors, and coils.

Reduced rate for use of environmental protective equipment.

  Single Air Conditioning and Heating System $146.00 annually, each additional system $99.00 annually

COOLING SERVICE CHECK

  • o Check and Clean Condenser Coil
  •  o Change Air Filters (standard)

  • o Check Voltage and Amperage on Motors                                                
  • o Check Thermostat Calibration                                               
  • o Check Starting Contactor Assembly
  • o Check and Adjust Blower Components                                  
  • o Lubricate All Moving Parts Where Necessary         
  • o Check Air Temperature at Evaporator
  • o Check Condensate Drain. Clean If Necessary                        
  • o Check Safety Controls Where Applicable

  • o Check Operating Pressures for Proper Refrigerant Charge
  • o Check for Correct Air Flow                                    
  • o Check Condenser Temperature
  • o Inspect Evaporator Coil (extra charge to clean)

HEATING SERVICE CHECK

  • o Check Burner Operation. Adjust If Necessary

O’CALLAGHAN ENERGY SERVICE AGREEMENT SPECIFICATIONS:

 

O’Callaghan Heating & Air Conditioning will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that O’Callaghan Heating & Air Conditioning shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of the performance of this agreement,

 

O’Callaghan Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to reject any agreement if on inspection by service technician, equipment is found in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to either party.

 

It is mutually agreed that this agreement does not cover electrical or plumbing work or balancing beyond the units, or any work required because of negligence, misuse of equipment or because of fire, flood, acts of GOD, malfunction of electrical or water supply, sabotage or damage caused by freezing and/or clogged drain lines.

 

Full payment is required before the Energy Service Agreement specified in this agreement can be performed.

 

The term of this agreement shall be automatically renewable, unless cancelled by either party but subject to price revision on any anniversary date.

 

The services outlined in this agreement will be performed during normal working hours. Repair service requested by customer will be provided during normal working hours, on a preferential basis, at listed discount for Service Agreement Customers for labor and materials not covered by warranty. Emergency service after normal working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday) will be done at Energy Savings Agreement discounted price with overtime charges.

 

Repair workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from date of repair.

 

This agreement may be terminated upon nonpayment of any amount, when due. Notification will be made of any payment which is not received when due and if payment is not made within 10 days from the date of such notice, this agreement shall automatically cease as of that date and we shall have no further obligation of any nature whatsoever.
